The Houston Liederkranz and Houston Saengerbund cordially invite you to a “Kaffee, Bier & Wein Klatsch” (Afternoon Soiree with Coffee and Spirits) on Sunday, July 24, 2011, at 3:00 p.m. at the Liederkranz Hall, 5100 Ella Boulevard, Houston, TX 77018.
Please bring a cake, pie, or appetizer to share and set a festive table with your own serving pieces, special dishes, and silverware. The bar will be open, the kitchen closed. Cost is $5.00 for non-members.
As a special program, the ladies will wear one-of-a-kind hats — ladies, get creative and wear that unique headgear! For Show-and-Tell, David Webb will do a DVD/Slideshow of past events.
Members are invited to share a special memento, such as a picture, craft article, personal treasure, joke depiction, or book. There will be special tables for display of these items.
